Checks for size, shape, dimension, conductor resistivity and core
size, we conduct following tests to determine the quality of products
to our clients:
- Insulation resistance using 2500v
Megger – prior to and after de-humidification process
- HT & LT Winding Resistance
- Transformer Turn Ratio
- Charging from the LT side by
giving approximately 30% of the rated voltage, keeping HT leads wide
open to eliminate any possible failure due to turn to turn, coil to
coil insulation breakdown
- Heat run type test
- Impulse voltage test.
